After many years it was time to upgrade our office chairs. I wanted something extremely comfortable & also Ergonomic. These chairs are perfect & could not be happier. Although the only downside was having to assemble them, which wasn't the easiest, they are quite heavy & needed 2 people.

Excellent, such an improvement on my old chair. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge though to get screws in the plate underneath the levers.

Ordering, payment, website navigation, was excellent. Delivery was prompt and well communicated. I had some minor assembly issues so I emailed. The response was prompt, helpful, personable and respectful. Highly recommend this store and the chair is comfy.
