AustraliaDo yourself a favour, this chair has all the customisable options for sitting pretty while you work. Could it be the seat is too padded, I think after a week or two I am wearing it in. Lumber support, check. Sliding seat, check. If you are working from home and plan to going forward then you deserve a good seat and for this price and quality I highly recommend it.
